Hope is for discerning guests that might prefer conversation, polite service and being remembered like an old friend. West Lake Station evokes imagery of a rail car on The Orient Express and their speciality cocktails are steam themed. The Chengxi store has recently been renovated and just reopened right now. As well as having very Instagram-able presentation, they use a lot of cocktail lab wizardry to produce their syrups and infusions. Both bars are great for a date night or when you feel like being treated.
