Mixologist Lab sits quietly by West Lake, this two-story transparent glass building is a bar with the combination of craft cocktail, creation, black technology and experiment.
The bartender on the first floor is Lin Qingying who is the 2nd place winner of the best cocktail of Bacardi. On the second floor, cocktail research is carried out in the style of laboratory, which is produced by Chen Xi, a young bartender. Here, the craft cocktail (the fifth generation of handmade cocktails) is mainly created. High-quality spirits, fresh fruits, selected ice, appropriate accessories and exquisite decoration that bring the cocktails to another level.
Through the separation and distillation of black technology, they extract fresh taste from a variety of ingredients, blend into cocktails, and give the mixologist more creativity and space.
