Patio is probably the only place in Hangzhou where you can enjoy the authentic Neapolitan pizza. Their dough is kneaded by hand and then formed into 0.12 inch thick by hand without the help of a rolling pin or other machine, 90 seconds in a 485 °C (905 °F) wood fire oven. When it's done, it's soft, elastic, tender and fragrant.
Every Thursday, from 7:30pm to 9:30pm, for 188RMB+15%, you can have free flow pizza (pepperoni, roast duck, palma ham, margherita ) and draft beer (Peroni).
Enzo Carbone hailing from Naples, Italy, Chef Enzo’s career spans Switzerland, Turkey, Oman, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, New Zealand and a successful 15 year period in Shanghai starting in year 2000 when he opened Cucina restaurant at Grand Hyatt, Shanghai. His other work in Shanghai restaurants has earned him awards and accolades from Shanghai Tatler and the Miele Guide. His own restaurants in Shanghai – Mammamia! in the French Concession area and Capo on the Rockbund have also garnered rave reviews for their Napoletana pizza and Italian style grilled steaks.
