Recently they have added to the Japanese sushi area,enlarging it to offer delicate vegetable tempura, hearty miso soup, and other cold Japanese dishes. The hand-sliced sashimi glistens on platters; the sushi is artfully displayed. There is alsoa newly-added Teppanyaki station allowing guests to choosefresh pieces of meat or fish to be cooked before their eyes. Master chefs skillfully and gracefully deliver mouthwatering food onto expectant guests’ plates, while other guests whisk around loading-up their plates. Finally, a lovely young lady will be walking around the dining area offering freshly-baked pizza,all the ingredients of which are top-quality and flown in from Italy -- right down to the flour. These steaming hot pies float about, stopping briefly at each table, offering a different element to the standard self-serve ambiance of the buffet.
